To save the
Roadmapping Document to your hard drive, follow these instructions:
1. Hover your mouse
over the link.
2. Right click
3. Choose "Save
Target As..."
4. Choose where on
your Hard Drive (Desktop, My Documents, etc...) you want to save the
document.
5. Click on the
"Save" button in the bottom right of the pop-up.
6. Cancel the
informational pop-up informing you that the save was completed.
7.
When you go to the location the file was saved, you should be able to open
the file and print.
8. To print a legal size document on letter size paper follow
these instructions in the Print pop-up box (you receive the Print pop-up box
when you print from the File pull down menu, not when you click on the
Printer icon).
a. In the bottom right hand corner of the Print pop-up box
find the "Scale to paper size:" pull down menu.
b. Scroll down and choose "Letter" for the size.
c. Click "OK" to print. The document will print on letter
size paper.
