JOIN THE B.E.A.R. BIRTHDAY BOOK CLUB

         Let us help to make your child’s birthday extra special while you help us add new books to our library collection. 

When you return this form with a check for $20, your child’s name will be written on the birthday calendar.  A few days before the big event, he/she will be asked to come to the library to select a book and will be recognized on the appropriate date. 

Summer or holiday birthday?  Tell us the birth date and the date you’d like to select for the celebration.  We can also prepare a book to remember a teacher’s birthday. 

Here are some of the ways we will create a birthday fuss for your child:

• Announce and present the book to your child on MDE TV.
• The birthday bear will sit on the student’s desk all day.
• A bookplate will announce the birthday donation for years to come.
