Digital Knowledge Central (DKC) which includes EBSCO, NewsBank, and Britannica $1.29 per student (minimum fee of $400 per campus and a maximum fee of $3,000 per campus)
Gale (16 TLC databases) Harris County pricing

$1,595 per high school
$895 per middle school
$295 per elementary school

ProQuest/eLibrary  includes eLibrary, eLibrary Elementary and ProQuest Professional Education  $.81 per student
   
TLC Union Catalog Options
1st offer = TEA contract with DIR (Department of Information Resources - ensure the effective and efficient use of public funds by promoting opportunity and economic prosperity for the state's citizens through the successful application of statewide services and technologies that are beneficial, secure, accessible and utilize a standard infrastructure) fee to district for access to the static TLC Union Catalog
Sagebrush to host the static TLC Union Catalog for one year then negotiate how to get Catalog updated. Sagebrush would add their 700,000 MARC records and add the 60,000 they create each year. The Union Catalog as originally delivered would still be owned by Texas FREE
Region XI = Cherry Fuller, to host and update the TLC Union Catalog FREE
