Committee meeting from 3:30 to 7:30 3:10 PM - 3:40 PM = Sheri Alford and
Kary Boan will be in Florida for the Promethean Summit. They have asked that
we discuss two issues:

Contact Promethean Support for a supply of a dozen nibs—they are free.

Think about a suggestion for ACTIVpen replacement. Each board comes with
two pens. In the pilot, some of the campuses took all extra pens and
locked them up until needed—basically used as spares. But this may or may
not work with how teachers want to use the board. For example, I have
observed classrooms where both pens are actively being used—passing from
student to student seamlessly. Regardless, we need a suggestion for pen
replacement and we need their input. If we suggest campuses purchase X
amount of extra pens (currently priced at $23 each), which budget do we
suggest they use—411, library budget, general.
