| Every year Library Information Services Department arranges to display approximately 3,000 books for Librarians, Teachers, Students, and Parents to view as part of the selection and purchase process. Please come see some new books and some old favorites! | ||

We encourage Librarians to arrange for groups of students to attend the Book Exhibit. Usually the Librarians work the trip into a reading motivation program where the visit to the books is one of the rewards.
Vendors will be available for the Monday after the Exhibit, February 2, 2004 to visit with the Librarians and to answer questions.
The books on display at the Exhibit are new books sent
to us by publishers to review. Librarians review the books and get to add them
to their collections after the exhibit. The reviews are gathered into a spiral
bound book for future reference. An order list is created for each person to
check off titles recommending to the Librarians for purchase.
