Instructions:

Here are the 24 items that you and I have determined are the things you need in your Library. Now, we must prioritize the needs.

You can assume that you will eventually receive new computers, however, we do not know if we are talking about 1 year or 3.

You can assume that you will probably get about the same amount of operating budget as before from your campus.

You can also assume that the money you received this year from the Library Information Service office will be used (if we get it) to purchase the items on this list according to the priority of the group. For example, if the majority wants book money then I will ask for book money. If the majority wants computers then I will suggest that my money go toward computers, etc.

Rules:

1. Choose 5 and only 5 items from the list.

2. No ties.

3. You must choose 5

4. Designate the five by 1st priority, 2nd priority and so on.

5. And I need a response from everyone. The deadline for your response to me is Friday, January 10th.

My budget process starts the next week. If I do not have good information, I will not be able to assist you as well.

Thanks

Barry
