Elementary Summer Reading List
2004

Please go to your local public library for a wonderful summer reading program
Reading over the summer is one of the best things you can do with and for your child.  This book list includes titles for various grades and reading levels.  The list was compiled by the librarians in SBISD and contain favorite and recommended titles.  Take some time out over the summer to share a book or two with your children.  Visit the public library, join the summer reading program, and check out lots of books. Titles are listed with the author’s name in parenthesis.  Those titles followed with asterisks (*) indicate that additional books by that author are available.
