Back ] Up ]

1. Once you have pulled the books and materials a teacher wants to use for a specific unit you will go to LM165 and click on the "Edit" button.
2. On the next screen you will type in a short name for the bibliography and then a longer name in the next box for example: Frogs could be the short name and Frog unit for Ms. Jones as the long description. See the screen shot below:

3. Once you have named the bibliography and give a description click on OK and then Exit to go back to the main menu.
4. Now you have the list created all you need to do is add items to the list, so go to LM322 and click on the box next to "Division Code" and click on the binoculars to see your lists. Select the correct list by double clicking on it. See the screen shot below:

5. After this you will click on the "Assign" button and you get a screen like the one used for Withdrawls. Scan each book or material for the bibliography in here and click on "Update" and your list/bibliography is created!
6. Now to print the bibliography you will go to LM721 and check the box that says "Division code" --- see the screen shot below it is in the box titled "Other reports" --- and then click on the binoculars to select the bibliography you want to print. Finally click on the "Print" button the list should print as soon as the job runs.
