Report for # of materials added
Below is a screen shot of LM730 – Inventory Value report
On this screen you can select to find out what materials you added to your collection based on different criteria. For example you can choose to print a report of how many books you added to your collection from Gifts between the beginning of the year and either the current date or the end of the year. The screen shot below shows how you would fill out the screen to print a report on how many books were added from the beginning of the year to today from the Book Exhibit, and I am asking for a summary of this so I will just get the number of books and not the titles.
| These are the areas you want to pay attention to when selecting your criteria: |
| 1. The date range. |

2. Selecting information for just part of your collection, like Fiction, or Video tapes. |
| 3. What fund code? |
| 4. Detail (a title listing) or Summary ( an total number). |

5. What order do you want the report to print in, i.e. do you want it organized by title, fund code, or acquisition date. |
