11:00 AM - 2:00 PM = The Escue Bookmobile will be in the Media Center parking lot for you to look at books and get ideas for your first book order for the 2008-2009 school year.

2:00 PM - 2:10 PM = Welcome, Announcements, and Thanks - Barry

2:10 PM - 2:20 PM = Expectations for closing the Library - Barry
End of year expense reports
End of year evaluation of Library by Standards.

2:20 PM - 2:30 PM = Discuss Staff Development through August - Barry

2:30 PM - 2:40 PM = Discuss Opening Library in August - Barry

2:40 PM - 3:00 PM = Discuss Laptop rollout - Liz

3:00 PM - 3:10 PM = Review TLA (ask who went to the sessions I wanted to go to and ask them to give a report) - Barry

3:10 PM - 3:30 PM = Discuss the Administrators Conference (Strong Libraries, Strong Scores) - Barry
   a. Discuss that it is coming to Houston (Wed. April 1, 2009) next year and suggest they invite their principals
   b. Ask what they would want their principal to learn (since we have the opportunity to redesign it)

3:30 PM - 4:00 PM = Non-negotiable that technology will be integrated into teacher's curriculum and instruction. We will be the experts to help. - Barry
