1st hour:

Welcome, Thank you's, and announcements! ( Jerrie, Aban, & Sue Tallerine)
     Book Review Books Due!!!

Copyright Committee Report (30 minutes presentation & 15 minutes questions).

2nd hour:

System Administrator's Angle (J-Walk) (ask Liz out to assist you with MARC Access)

Cataloger's Corner and Library Resources Page (Book Record Template & PBS) (invite Vaughn to help you with both!)

3rd hour:

a. Show the presentation made to the Administrators by Liz and Vaughn about cataloging.
b. Discuss their reaction, possible ramifications to us all (cataloging and educating about Meriwether).
c. Discuss what will develop into a demonstration of the difference between a cataloged item and a non-cataloged item (for you to present to your principal).

Collaboration with Literacy School Improvement Specialists for the benefit of the students. 

Time to start thinking about budget negotiations with your principals for next year ($10 per student).
What kind of response are you receiving from your principals about your reports?

Annual Book Exhibit! in the Media Center, Monday, January 26th - Friday, January 30th

Don't forget our next all level Librarians' meeting will be Monday, February 2nd,  2004 , 1:00 - 4:00 at the Media Center for the Vendors' New Books Exhibit

We will meet again on March 1, 2004 from 1:00 - 4:00 at the Spring Branch Elementary Library
