1:00 PM - 1:10 PM = Thanks to the Guthrie Center folks for their hospitality and Librarians for dessert!

1:10 PM - 1:40 PM = Presentations by Librarians on sections of the Monthly Report:

Deb Stutsman (5-7 min.)
“How many technology-integrated lessons were directly presented by the Librarian this month?”. blog EPIC

Martye Armstrong (5-7 min.)
“How many times did collaborative planning (formal and informal) occur between Librarian and Teachers this month?”.

Kay Land (5-7 min.)
“How many times was staff development directly presented by the Librarian to Staff this month?”.

Things to talk about:

1. ILL etiquette

2. Register to TLA Conference in Austin before Spring Break!

3. Are Librarians on the Literacy Team? Has anyone seen a Literacy Team job description?

4. Work with teachers to be sure that district databases are included in classroom assignments when appropriate.

5. Integration Academy for Librarians and Teachers -This must be successful and should be!
      Secondary = June 6-9
      Elementary = July 25-28

6. May Librarians meeting has been moved to May 9th and at the Media Center.

    The Escue's Bookmobile will be available from 10:00 AM until the meeting at 2:00 PM

1:40 PM - 2:30 PM = Have some sharing time among five teams for lesson development and short campus tour by teams.

2:30 PM - 3:00 PM = All who attended TCEA will share for 5 minutes about what they learned. (30 min.)

Tammy Holley = NEISD educational technology elementary newsletter website and ideas for PowerPoint
Karen Rodgers = Empowering the Middle School Researcher
Jan Marie Brow = Clay Animation in PowerPoint
Vaughn Branom = Hidden Web

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM = Brent Bakken will demonstrate using technology (particularly Excel) in the Library to further student achievement. Brent and Barry will lead a discussion as to what technology Librarians would like to incorporate into each future Librarian meeting.

Don't forget our next all level Librarians' meeting will be Monday, March 21, 2005 @ Edgewood Ele. Library
