1. Show how to have a back-up file of the Library Resources Page to use when the server is not available.

2. Spiders are hot (in Meriwether)

3. Substitutes for Librarians (what should you have prepared for them?)

4. Remind Librarians that they should have the attitude of being a leader in use of technology. We should not have the attitude that we don't use technology unless we have a good reason to move forward.

5. Have a discussion about us not charging fines - tell your students and teachers.

1:10-1:30 = The Science Resource Center Gale online database by Vaughn and Karen Rodgers  (20 minutes)

1:30-2:20 = ABC CLIO (all the neat little things you did not know and Ancient History)

      Science (and a smidgen of math) - Karen Rodgers, Cindy Maiorana, Vaughn Branom (15 minutes)

      Art - Renae Perkins (5 minutes)

      Language Arts - Aban Rustomji (5 minutes)

      Social Studies: Geography - Kay Land (10 Minutes)

      Social Studies: History - Cheryl Laucher, Glenda Neidecker, Jan Benefield (15 minutes)

 2:20-2:30 = Litfinder  by Vaughn  (10 minutes)

2:30-2:45 = BREAK

2:45-3:05 = Guusje and Liz on Follett Curriculum Titlewave web site in finding curriculum materials in your collection. (20 minutes)

3:05-3:15 = Review section II of the Standards - Barry (10 minutes)
3:15-3:30 = Review DDI - Task Analysis - Barry (20 minutes)

3:30-3:31 = Karen update on Storytelling Festival

3:31-4:00 = Go to Teams, share lessons, or create lessons (based on TAKS, Standards, Task Analysis, TEASe, etc.)

Don't forget our next all level Librarians' meeting will be Monday, February 28, 2005 @ the Guthrie Center Library
